Dance Fusion with Anna Mayta
Be inspired by and learn about different cultures through dance. Explore Flamenco (Spain), Bharatanatyam (India), West African, Modern (USA), Caribbean, Chilean (South America) dance styles. Including your own dance style in creation, exploration and joyful dance exercises. Choreographic exercises will be included to help with dance making and creativity. Any level, no experience is necessary.
Bring a water bottle, clothes that are easy to move in, such as sweat pants, sneakers, a comfy t-shirt, sweater.
Printmaking with Hannah Harvester
Printmaking lets you create multiple works on paper using relief carving techniques and ink. We'll learn the whole process of creating a block print, from design, carving the plate, to printing. To allow for the best use of time, the instructor will provide designs that students can use or modify. But feel free to come prepared with your own simple design idea as well!

Learn to play traditional west African rhythms on hand drums in a fun and relaxed group setting. Drumming together in a group is an excellent way to connect with others, engage your mind and body, and build listening skills. We will use a variety of traditional drums and percussion instruments from various African countries to create multi-part rhythms that bring stimulation, relaxation, and joy. No prior experience is necessary. Instruments provided.
