Elisa Spungen Bildner is a former lawyer, journalist, and food company CEO. Rob Bildner is a former lawyer who founded several food companies that helped local farmers bring products to market. Elisa and Rob, Becket residents for 42 years, are co-authors of the award-winning The Berkshires Farm Table Cookbook (The Countryman Press/W.W. Norton & Company, 2020). The second edition of their cookbook will be published in spring 2025.
