Do you love to dance? Do you enjoy connecting with your body and your expressive self? Do you enjoy connecting with others creatively? Join us in this gently paced movement class that includes a warm up, simple phrases across the floor and fun and creative movement improvisations. All movers and wanna be movers are welcome.

Louise Heit dance artist, educator and choreographer who has created work and performed throughout NYC and Europe. She has also received several grants from the Brooklyn Arts Council and Dance Exchange to teach and study movement work with older adults and an intergenerational population. This past spring, Louise presented at the Face to Face Conference in NYC about the benefits of a dance as a lifelong practice.
