“The Art of Weaving”

“The art of weaving is a timeless craft that not only allows me to create a beautiful work of art, but it also has many psychological and therapeutic benefits. Weaving classes provide a safe social setting for me to express my creativity and learn new skills. It engages the mind while promoting individuality and choice, which is very beneficial to me. It also allows me to make my own creative choices. After learning a new skill and working on it persistently, the joy I feel when the piece of art is completed is a great form of validation and reinforces a sense of purpose in my life.”
